Your personal data may be collected physically and electronically, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, due to the fact that you are a customer of the Company, for reasons stipulated by law and in accordance with the performance of the contractual relationship, within the framework of the execution of our activities, the operation and development of our services.
The following personal data that you provide to this site (collectively, “Your Data”);

In accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation in force, the Company has assumed the responsibility as the data controller to establish the necessary organization and take and adapt technical measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information. It may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 2 and 3 of this Clarification Text in accordance with Article 5/1 of the Law based on your explicit consent.
Data Subject's Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, the employee whose personal data is processed may apply to Sagin İnşaat and make requests regarding the following matters:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- In the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear, to request their deletion, destruction or anonymization and to request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the data subject by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
